Our Founders

Founder ManjuFounder Rajendra

Tea24 Disability Foundation was founded in 2020 by Manju and Rajendra, a visionary couple who have personally faced the challenges of living with disabilities. Their unwavering dedication and passion for creating a more inclusive and sustainable world inspired the creation of this organization. Through their lived experiences and strong commitment to social welfare, they have built a space where disabled individuals and women are empowered through meaningful employment, education, and community-driven environmental initiatives.

Vision and Long-Term Goals

Complete Waste Recycling

We believe waste is not a burden—it's a powerful resource. Our mission is to recycle all forms of biodegradable waste—human, animal, and agricultural—into organic fertilizer and clean, renewable energy. Through partnerships with municipal bodies, we are setting up smart, decentralized recycling units that serve both urban and rural areas. This approach reduces pollution, supports sustainable agriculture, and turns communities into eco-warriors for a greener tomorrow.

Affordable Energy for All

Energy is a lifeline—and everyone deserves access to it. We're providing low-cost electricity through biogas, solar, and other renewable sources, focusing on remote and rural communities, especially farmers. By building local biogas plants and mini-grids, we're empowering people to irrigate their fields, light their homes, and grow their businesses—without relying on expensive or unreliable power sources.

Economic Self-Sufficiency

We're creating a future where impact drives income. Our goal is to build a ₹1 lakh crore self-sustaining development fund that fuels critical social sectors like education, healthcare, and employment—without relying on donations. This fund will grow through the revenues generated by our recycling, energy, and retail operations. It's not just self-sufficiency—it's a blueprint for financial freedom and long-term community upliftment.

Nationwide Expansion & Inclusive Employment

We're expanding across India—not just in scale, but in purpose. By launching recycling hubs, manufacturing centers, and retail stores in malls and post offices, we're creating thousands of dignified jobs for disabled individuals and women. Every product we make and every outlet we open is a step toward inclusive growth, sustainable development, and economic empowerment for all.

Our Missions

Floral Waste Recycling

Every flower tells a story—and we give it a second life.We collect floral waste from temples, homes, and community events to create beautiful, eco-friendly products like organic incense sticks, natural gulal, havan materials, and nutrient-rich compost. This not only prevents floral waste from ending up in landfills or rivers but also turns devotion into sustainability.

Employment for Differently Abled

We believe in ability over disability. Through skills training, on-site support, and hands-on work opportunities, we empower disabled individuals and women to earn a livelihood with dignity. Our workshops and manufacturing units are more than workplaces—they are spaces of hope, inclusion, and self-reliance

River Cleanliness Mission

Floral offerings are sacred—but when dumped in rivers, they pollute our most vital resources. Our mission supports the Namami Gange initiative by intercepting floral waste before it reaches rivers and transforming it into eco-products. It’s our way of protecting holy waters while preserving the sanctity of traditions.

Organic Product Development

From incense sticks to gulal, organic compost to havan samagri—our product line is made with natural, safe, and biodegradable ingredients. Each item we craft is a step toward a cleaner environment and a more mindful marketplace. Buy with purpose. Use with pride.

Free E-Rickshaw Training

Mobility creates opportunity. We offer free e-rickshaw driving training and help with license support for disabled individuals, opening doors to independent employment and a new way of life. Our goal is to enable confidence on wheels—and a future powered by self-respect.

What started in 2020 with just 3 dedicated members has now grown into a team of 25+ changemakers. Our work has been recognized by respected names like the UK Parliament, Indian Oil Corporation, and Jaipur Foot Foundation. We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and we’re just getting started.
